Domestic Shipping:
Typically, your orders are processed and prepared for shipment within a timeframe of 5-7 business days. It's important to note that even if you place an order over the weekend, we diligently ensure it is dispatched on the next available business day, thereby ensuring a streamlined order fulfillment process.
What sets our fragrances apart is the embodiment of our commitment to sustainability and quality. Each of our fragrances are made-to-order. When you place an order for one of our fragrances, our skilled artisans begin the journey to carefully craft your fragrance.
Due to this artisanal approach, we kindly request that you anticipate a 7-day production and shipping timeline for your perfume. While this timeline might extend slightly longer than usual, it ensures that you receive a product that has been thoughtfully and sustainably made, delivering a truly unique olfactory experience.
Tracking:
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a UPS tracking number, granting you the ability to closely monitor the status of your delivery. U.S. customers can conveniently track their packages via UPS, while our international customers can access the package tracking system provided by their chosen courier.

Return Policy:
Our return policy at La Boticá is designed to provide clarity and transparency while safeguarding the prestige and integrity of our brand. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE
All Sales are Final: Choose your products carefully, as all purchases from La Boticá are considered final sale. Due to the artisinal and made-to-order approach, our products are not refundable, and exchanges are not permitted. We highly recommend considering our discovery set before committing to a fragrance to ensure it aligns with your preferences.
Retailer Purchases: For La Boticá products bought through other retailers, returns must adhere to the respective store's returns and refunds policy. La Boticá does not replace, refund, or exchange products purchased from any of our retail partners.
Reporting Damages:
If you receive damaged products or in the rare case that you were sent the wrong item - please report the issue within 72 hours of receiving the goods. We require documented evidence, so be prepared to email us clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items. In some cases, we may request the return of the damaged product to assess the issue.
Quality Control Assurance:
Before shipping, all our products undergo rigorous Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure they leave our studio in impeccable condition. Therefore It is important to note that La Boticá is not liable for any damages that occur once you take ownership of the product. This includes situations such as dropping the product, attempting to unscrew or remove the spray pump, or any other careless acts that could lead to liquid evaporation, leakage, or a malfunctioning of the product. Malfunctioning spray pumps are typically the result of actions beyond our control.
Transit Damages:
In the unfortunate event of damages occurring during transit, we will replace the damaged item(s) with the exact product(s) that were ordered. Please report the issue within 72 hours and we will open an investigation that adheres to our reporting damages clause.
