Where are you located?

We are located in New York City, New York.

Do you have a store I can visit?

We are an online showroom, (for now.) We do have events and pop-ups that we participate in! These events will be posted on Instagram and website.

Where are your products made?

Our entire line is made in New York/Los Angeles.

When will my order ship?

Once you have submitted your order, we will ship your item from our studio in New York City within 48-72 hours.If placed on a Friday or over the weekend orders will be shipped the following business day. As soon as the shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirming the label has been created. This email will also provide a tracking number for you to track the status of the delivery.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail from La Botica once your order has shipped. The e-mail contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

What is your online return policy?

For online orders, we accept product in new condition with original packaging, and tags attached for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Our Candles and Bodysuits/Lingerie are Final Sale. For All other qualifying orders please contact us at love@laboticanyc.com to request an RMA number.

What does Final Sale mean? 
All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

How can I edit my shipping address? 
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us at right away. 

What if I need to change or cancel my order? 

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to us right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We process orders super fast, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

My package is lost! 
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
