LOCATION

We are located in New York City, New York, Our products are made in-studio in our Long Island City, Queens studio. We are an online showroom and do not have a physical showroom (yet). We do however have a growing list of stockists and concept spaces where you can experience La Botica in-store, visit our stockists for our current partners.

WHOLESALE INQUIRES

We offer a wholesale service for physical retail stores based in the U.S. Please contact us at dawn@laboticanyc.com and we'd be happy to share more details.

SHIPPING

Once you have submitted your order, we will ship your item from our studio within 4-6 business days. If placed on a Friday or over the weekend orders will be shipped the following business day.  Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Orders ship from our Long Island City, NY Studio Fulfillment. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail from us once your order has shipped. The e-mail contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.We currently ship to the US, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

For online loungewear orders, we accept product in new condition with original packaging, and tags attached for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Our candles and perfume and incense are Final Sale. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please email us within 14 days. Returns or exchanges for defective products must be in their original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. For all other qualifying orders please contact us at concierge@laboticanyc.com to initiate a return.

FINAL SALE

All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us right away. Once an order has been processed and shipped we cannot be held responsible for shipment to shipping addresses that were submitted to us in error.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to us right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We process orders super fast, but we will do our best to catch it before it is shipped.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PACKAGE LOST IN TRANSIT


If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to the courier right away (UPS). If your package has not been delivered after three days, please reach out to concierge@laboticanyc.com

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
