We at La Botica go out of our way to select distinctive merchandise and many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities. This means that once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock, and you will be alerted to any shipping delay and given an approximate date of shipment at the time of order.



Where are you located?

We are located in New York City, New York.

How do you find the brands on La Botica?

We carefully curate our brands by reaching out to brands and artists we really dig, then testing products in-house before adding them to our showroom. We look specifically for brands that relate to our aesthetic and ethos. 

Do you have a store I can visit?

We are an online showroom, (for now.) We do have events and pop-ups that we participate in! These events will be posted on Instagram and website.

When will my order ship?

Your order will typically ship within 2-3 business days of the purchase date. If placed on a Friday or over the weekend orders will be shipped the following business day. 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail from La Botica once your order has shipped. The e-mail contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.? 
We offer $8.95 ground shipping on all orders within the U.S, $25 for express. Free ground shipping for orders over $100!

What is your online return policy?

For online orders, we accept product in new condition with original packaging, and tags attached for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Apothecary & Jewelry and Lingerie is Final Sale.

What does Final Sale mean? 
All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift? 
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Love before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our "Final Sale" policy and cannot be returned.

What is the KANAREK NYC jewelry policy?

All jewelry (excluding custom pieces*) may be returned within 14 days of shipping.Full credit will be offered if they are (1) new; (2) unworn (except to try them on); and (3) in resalable condition.Jewelry pieces must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise a restocking fee may apply. If exchanging, customer must certify they have properly sized their jewelry and order the new product accordingly. 

How can I edit my shipping address? 
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact Customer Love right away.


What if I need to change or cancel my order? 

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to us right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We process orders super fast, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

My package is lost! 
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
